With years of bedside experience, I've helped countless mothers navigate pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum journey with confidence and clarity.

While I love supporting families at the bedside and helping them achieve their birth goals, my passion has expanded through social media as Nurse Sydney. By sharing evidence-based pregnancy, birth, and postpartum advice with a mix of honesty and compassion, I've been able to empower women and families to feel confident in their birthing experiences. And because things don't always go as planned, I also focus on helping moms navigate those unexpected moments with strength and resilience.
