Hey! I’m Sydney, a labour & delivery nurse from Toronto, Canada! I share educational content about pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.

I have been a Registered Nurse since 2020, working in my favourite specialty - labour & delivery. I have loved women’s health since my first day of nursing school and always had a passion for helping new life be brought into the world.

My goal is to help you feel more prepared and less anxious throughout your journey to motherhood and beyond. No question is off limits for me! I’m here to talk about it ALL, from pooping on the table to cracked nipples!
